For industrial auctioneers, used-machinery and forklift dealers
California industrial closure notices land a median 61 days before the planned closing date.
See the ones within 150 miles of your yard in California or Pennsylvania, each checked against OSHA and EPA records and linked to its government record.
$299/mo per territory. Founding price $199/mo, locked for 12 months, for the first 10 accounts.
WARN notices from California and Pennsylvania (13 confirmed PA closures, Nov 2025 to Oct 2026),
plus business bankruptcy petitions from 14 federal court feeds, placed by the debtor's name.
Elsewhere, the tool says so. How petitions are matched
61 days (source: EDD WARN report): Median days from EDD logging the notice to the planned closing date, over 38 California industrial sites (one notice per site) logged Jul 1 to Nov 4, 2026 (range 42 to 174 days). The closing date is the employer's plan and can move. You see a notice after EDD posts it, and your weekly email can add up to a week. How this is measured
Got our email? It named one closure notice near you. Type your yard's ZIP above for the whole list. Not

What closurelead is
A list of closure notices at manufacturing, wholesale and transportation sites near your yard, each linked to its government record.
Each site is checked against OSHA and EPA records, and matching business bankruptcy petitions are added.
For industrial auction and liquidation firms, used-machinery dealers and forklift dealers.
Not a contact list. Not a prediction that anything will be sold. WARN notices from California (permanent closures) and Pennsylvania today.
What you get
Each Monday you get one email with your territory's rows, new ones first. It goes out after the Monday engine run, so a Monday with no new run has no email. The same list is always on a web page and in a CSV.
One territory: one yard plus a radius up to 250 miles. Each row gives the site, its dates, the employees affected and its straight-line distance
from the center of your yard's ZIP code (or of your city, if you type one), with a link to every record it rests on. Rows made
public in the 7 days before our latest engine run (Nov 7, 2026) carry a "New this week" badge.
Expect a short list. Within 150 miles of ZIP 91761, the sample
area, 7 manufacturing, wholesale or transportation sites had a closure notice made public from Oct 8 to Nov 4, 2026, the newest date in EDD's current file: 3 with 50 or more
employees affected, which the list counts (2 confirmed, 1 not confirmed), and 4 with fewer, listed below them but not counted.
7 more permanent-closure notices in that radius and window, at other kinds of sites, are left out.
Two more rows from the sample list: one confirmed site, one not confirmed
Everidge Inc. gave a WARN notice dated Oct 25, 2026 for a permanent closure at 8886 White Oak Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 (90 employees affected; planned effective date Feb 26, 2027). EDD logged it on Oct 26, 2026.
EPA ECHO lists EVERIDGE, INC. at this address with NAICS codes 33271, 332710, 56299 (FRS 110070428851).
The site is about 4 miles from the center of ZIP 91761.
Danone USA PBC: permanent closure, 135 employees affected
California WARN notice · planned effective date Dec 29, 2026 · Chatsworth, CA · about 59 miles from the center of ZIP 91761
9201 Owensmouth Avenue · notice dated Oct 30, 2026 · EDD logged it Nov 2, 2026
EDD lists the industry as 31-33 Manufacturing. OSHA has no inspection under this name at this address, and EPA ECHO has no facility under this name at this address (records there carry other names: EARTH ISLAND), so the site is not confirmed as a plant.

We add a business petition only when its debtor's name matches one industrial site inside your radius.
The exact matching rule, and what a petition row shows
The court feeds give no address. So a petition reaches your list only when the debtor's name matches exactly one site in OSHA or EPA records in that court's state (construction sites are not counted), that site is industrial, and it is inside your radius. The row is labeled "by name only". It names the court, case number and
chapter, and the trustee when the docket names one. A Chapter 11 is usually a reorganization, and the company usually
stays in charge of its assets (11 U.S.C. 1107(a)).
Our polls of the 14 court feeds first saw 35 business Chapter 7
and 11 petitions, docketed Nov 4 to Nov 6, 2026; 10 are in California courts.
None was placed in the sample area. How this is counted
Where the data comes from
Every row comes from government records and links to the record and its date. We never cite resellers.
California EDD WARN report: each closure notice's dates, employees
affected, address and industry. EDD replaces the file on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Does not prove that the site closes on that date (the date is the employer's plan and can move), or anything about its equipment.
Pennsylvania L&I WARN notices: closures listed by month, with no industry.
Does not prove the industry or the notice date, so a PA closure is shown only when an OSHA or EPA record confirms an industrial site there.
U.S. Bankruptcy Court feeds:
new business Chapter 7 and 11 petitions from 14 courts whose feeds carry petitions
(which courts). We poll them every 6 hours.
Does not prove the debtor's address or industry (those are in the petition itself, in the court's paid records system), or that there is anything to sell.
OSHA inspections and EPA ECHO:
which business is at an address, under which industry code.
Does not prove that the site is still running, or what is inside: some matching inspections are many years old, and the row prints the date.
Census Geocoder and Gazetteer:
the points we measure straight-line distance between (or EPA ECHO's facility point when Census places the street at the wrong spot or not at all).
Does not prove driving distance.
To read a city name you type, the lookup also uses GeoNames postal codes (CC BY 4.0); that places your yard and is never the source of a row.
Records can still be wrong at the source. Every row links to its record, and you can flag a wrong one.
Possibly. Anyone can read these records, and we don't sell exclusive territories. You pay for the work: industrial sites in your radius, each checked against OSHA and EPA, with the record on every row.
Does a closure notice mean the equipment will be sold?
No. A WARN notice says an employer plans to close a site, on a date that can move. It says nothing about what is inside, who owns it, or how it will be sold.
How many closures will I see?
Fewer than on a raw WARN list. Of the 458 California WARN notices EDD processed from Jul 1 to Nov 4, 2026, 91 were marked "Closure Permanent". Those name 38 manufacturing, wholesale or transportation sites (by EDD's industry code or an OSHA or EPA record), and only those can reach a list. OSHA or EPA records confirm 22 of them. A list shows the ones inside its radius made public in the current window (Oct 8 to Nov 4, 2026, the newest date in EDD's current file), and the California page shows the newest of them. Pennsylvania gives no industry, so a closure there is shown only when OSHA or EPA records confirm the site: 13 listed from Nov 2025 to Oct 2026.
How do you know a site is a plant?
We mark it confirmed when OSHA or EPA ECHO lists a business at that address under a manufacturing, wholesale or transportation code, and its name agrees with the filer of the notice or of an earlier closure notice for the same site. Two names agree when they start with the same word and either every word of the shorter name is in the longer one or at least two-thirds of the words match, ignoring endings like Inc and LLC and common words like USA and Group. For example, the sample row "Everidge Inc." agrees with EPA's record "EVERIDGE, INC." at the same address. Otherwise the site is not confirmed. The full rule.
Do you give me the owner's contact?
No. The notice an employer sends names a company contact (20 CFR 639.7), but the state lists we read (EDD's report and PA L&I's page) leave it out. For a bankruptcy, we show the trustee when the docket names one. We don't sell contact lists.
Is it legal to use these records to prospect?
These are public records. Federal law requires covered employers (generally those with 100 or more employees) to give 60 days' written notice of a plant closing or mass layoff to the workers or their union, the state and the local government (29 U.S.C. 2101 and 2102). Bankruptcy court dockets are public records (11 U.S.C. 107), and OSHA and EPA publish their data. We list businesses only and drop individual debtors. This is not legal advice.

Every count, date and distance about notices, sites, courts and checks on this page comes from engine run
20261107T2147Z-6a6d06ea (Nov 7, 2026), computed from the government records linked here. The check results are
copied from our check report. Schedules come from the source itself: EDD's workbook says on its Index sheet that it is updated every
Tuesday and Thursday, and our poller reads the court feeds every 6 hours. Prices and trial terms come from our price list; competitor prices from their own pages, with the day we read
them. The engine's full definitions.
61 days: the middle value of the days between EDD logging a
permanent-closure notice and the employer's planned closing date, over 38 California sites, confirmed
or not (one notice per site), that EDD files under manufacturing, wholesale or transportation or that OSHA or EPA records
list as industrial, processed Jul 1 to Nov 4, 2026; shortest 42 days, longest 174.
The planned date can move. Record: EDD WARN report.
458, 91, 38, 22:
California WARN notices EDD processed from Jul 1 to Nov 4, 2026; of those, the ones marked "Closure Permanent"; the
manufacturing, wholesale or transportation sites they name (by EDD's code or an OSHA or EPA record), one per site; of those
sites, the ones OSHA or EPA records confirm. Records: EDD WARN report,
OSHA, EPA ECHO.
13: Pennsylvania L&I closures listed from Nov 2025 to Oct 2026 (newest listing per site) at a site OSHA or EPA
records confirm as industrial. Records: PA L&I,
OSHA, EPA ECHO.
7, 3, 4:
in the sample area (ZIP 91761, 150 miles), the manufacturing, wholesale or transportation sites with a closure notice made public
from Oct 8 to Nov 4, 2026, the newest date in EDD's current file; of those, the ones with 50 or more employees affected; and the ones with fewer, listed but not counted.
The 7 permanent-closure notices at other kinds of sites in the same radius and window are the sample list's own count of notices left out because EDD files them outside manufacturing, wholesale and transportation and no OSHA or EPA record under the filer's name confirms an industrial site.
Records: each row's own links (the full sample).
35 (10 in California courts):
business (not individual) Chapter 7 and 11 petitions our polls first saw from Nov 6 to Nov 7, 2026 (UTC), docketed Nov 4 to Nov 6, 2026.
Polling began Nov 6, 2026 (UTC), and each feed holds about a day, so petitions docketed more than a day before that are missing.
The count includes Chapter 7 cases with a "No Asset" notice; those are left off your list. 0: petitions placed in the sample
area by name. Records: the court feeds.
14: bankruptcy courts whose feed carries petitions and answered our polls, as of
the poll at Nov 7, 2026 18:12 UTC. Records: the court feeds.
15 of 15 and 206 of 206: on Nov 6, 2026, a separate check,
written without our pipeline's code, re-derived 15 random rows from the live government sources, and 15
matched on every date, count, address, industry code and distance. In the same check, 206 of 206 record
links cited by the findings that check covered resolved; it cited each OSHA record as the "DOL OSHA data" link plus the
inspection number. The osha.gov inspection pages that rows link to now were not part of it, and osha.gov may ask you to
confirm you are human before it opens one. Record: our check report.
Rows: the sample rows on this page come from the sample list of the same run. Their titles, dates, places and distances
are the list's own fields, and the OSHA or EPA sentence is the engine's, word for word. Each row links the records the list
cites, plus OSHA's own page for an OSHA inspection number. Under the two rows in "What you get", "Show the full record
text" gives every engine sentence for that row, word for word.
